BC Passive House

Based in Pemberton, British Columbia, BC Passive House (BCPH), is a fully serviced mass timber and light framing prefabrication company. Working out of a 38,000 square foot processing facility allows fabrication to occur in a controlled building environment, increasing precision, quality control and efficiency. BC Passive House’s team is comprised of skilled tradesmen, including highly skilled master carpenters in all aspects of construction, from project management to framing, heavy timber work, sustainable construction techniques, building science, code compliance and drafting. Construction drawings are completed in-house and are directly linked to production including our Hundegger K2i CNC machine. The ability to create 3D drawings assists in developing concepts, increasing precision, creating accurate pricing, identifying potential problems and solutions prior to construction, facilitating coordination and timing between different trades on-site as well as optimizing materials for less waste. This technology offers unprecedented design and economic opportunities and places BC Passive House at the forefront of the newly emerging market for precision and high volume energy efficient timber construction.
