Registration Information for Exhibitors at the 2017 GBM
As usual, we would like to offer the first opportunity and space allocation to last year’s exhibitors, before we open it up to new manufacturers and suppliers. If you are new to the GBM experience, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org to get listed at the head of the line for the best available booth space for the 2017 GBM. You will be notified May 1st.
For returning 2016 Exhibitors, you will be asked to request your number 1, 2 & 3 choices for space. PLEASE NOTE that booths with a WT designation are reserved for participants of the WoodTALKS Mini-Seminar Series for Friday afternoon. If this was your booth space last year and you are NOT participating in that program, please select your next best choice. We will do everything possible to ensure you are happy with your space allocation! As you know, booth space selection is based on a first come-first served basis so register early to get that special space!
At this time, you will not need to register your booth personnel or spouses/guests. That will be done through a separate log-in site which we will notify you of shortly.
2017 Exhibitor Fees
BC Wood, WRCLA, CSSB or other British Columbia Based Wood Products Association Member
10 x 10 booth space – $ 1,629
Outside BC Canadian Wood Products Association Member (AFPA, STEP, QWEB, etc.)
10 x 10 booth space – $ 2,199
10 x 10 booth space – $ 2,729
Exhibit Registration includes all the basics you need:
- Basic electrical, pipe & drape, covered table & 2 chairs, carpet & Wi-Fi
- Full access to Thursday Association Programs
- Complete multi-lingual company listing in the Mission Program Guide
Exhibit space is limited and will be available on a first-come / first-served basis. The registration link will include a floor plan showing the space and showroom layout for exhibitors.
Exhibitor participant fee – $425 pp and includes:
- All meals during the event including the Thursday night Welcome Event at the Roundhouse Lodge; full buffet breakfast and coffee breaks Friday morning; the Friday evening Networking Dinner Event; full buffet breakfast and coffee/refreshment breaks Saturday morning; and the Exhibitors “Lunch To-Go” Saturday 12:30 PM
Spousal Program $125 pp for each Evening event

Thursday – September 7th
Exhibitor set-up; Association Business (BC Wood AGM); Afternoon Registration at the Whistler Conference Center; Evening Welcome Event at the spectacular Roundhouse Lodge at the Peak of Whistler Mountain for all participants
Friday – September 8th
Morning: GBM Networking / Tradeshow & Meeting
Afternoon: Sponsored Golf Tournament; Architects WoodTALKS Program in-booth presentations; or Whistler free time;
Evening Networking Dinner & Private Showing Event at the Audain Art Museum
Saturday – September 9th
Morning: GBM Networking &Tradeshow; Exhibitor “Lunch To-Go” and teardown
