If you are interested in exhibiting at the 2003 International Marketing Conference, please contact Mary Quinn or Randi Walker at 1-877-422-9663 for more information.

Booth space is allotted on a first-come, first-served basis so if you have not already done so, please complete and fax a copy of the Associate Registration form to our office at 604-556-3385. We will then assign your space based on your #1, #2 and #3 choice of floorplan locations.

There are 18 10X8 booth spaces available with side and back walls for larger displays, and 16 8X8 table-top booth spaces. Please click-on the Floorplan to see layout options.

Set up time will be on October 1st between 9:00am and 4:00pm.

Tear-down time will be on October 3rd between 9pm and 12 am. (we may have an opportunity to extend tear-down until noon on the 4th – TBA)

You may send exhibitor material (booth, graphics, etc.) to the Sheraton Wall Centre, no more than 24 hours in advance of set-up time (9am, September 30). Please send materials to the following address:
