Do your lower-skilled employees need training? Want help funding their training?

The ASPECT Targeted Skills Shortage Program provides up to $7500 per employer (maximum $1500 per participant) for workplace training that helps grow your employees’ potential

The catch? You must employ less than 100 people and work in one of the following sectors:

Eligible employees are those who do not have a high school diploma, or they have a high school diploma but no recognized certification.
