Tall timbers support 9-storey residential building

The tallest residential timber building in the world has been built in East London. Instead of using cement and steel architects used cross laminated timber saving the emission of around 306 tonnes of carbon dioxide. So is this a viable alternative for residential buildings? Naomi Fowler reports.
